PURPOSE HRBP works closely with the company's leaders or management teams and develops strategic HR programs that support the organization's overall aims and build organizational and people capabilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Aligns employees with Company Vision/Mission/Values Builds and maintains effective relationship with stakeholders Acts as a strategic partner to coach stakeholders on various HR-related matters covering but not limited to hiring, engagement, labor, attrition, and organizational policies Supports employee communications including policy cascades, reminders, and other HR initiatives Collaborates with Employee Engagement in providing HR initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity Engages different Unit Heads and support employee development Analyzes data, trends, and reports to determine causes of management team problems, provides recommendations and counsel for continuous improvement Generates reports as requested (i.e., Attendance, Overtime, Attrition, etc.) Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or equivalent Minimum Experience/Training Experience as HR Generalist is a plus.
