- Manage and maintain websites across the TTGI Group, ensuring strong performance, security, scalability, and reliability
- Develop and implement new website pages, modules, and functionality within the CMS environment
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and integration challenges across front end, back end, and connected platforms
- Monitor server performance and uptime using Kinsta, and ensure websites remain stable, secure, and optimised
- Ensure websites follow technical SEO and answer engine optimisation best practice, including site structure, schema, page speed optimisation, crawlability, and AI discoverability
- Conduct regular technical site audits and monitor SEO health using platforms such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting search visibility, AI answer visibility, and website performance
- Manage HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, and campaign infrastructure
- Support campaign setup and ensure proper lead capture, routing, and automation within HubSpot
- Maintain integrations between the website, HubSpot, and other marketing technology platforms
- Monitor website and campaign performance through analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support data-driven marketing decisions
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and marketing team to optimise user journeys and improve conversion performance
- Implement and maintain AI powered website features such as intelligent search, chatbot integrations, content recommendations, and personalised user experiences
- Use AI assisted development tools to improve delivery speed, code quality, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to apply AI tools for content generation, optimisation, and experimentation while maintaining brand quality and governance
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools and APIs to improve automation, lead qualification, and campaign performance
- 6 to 8 years experience in website development, digital marketing technology, or a similar role
- Strong experience with WordPress or comparable CMS platforms
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third party marketing platforms
- Hands on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, forms, landing pages, and campaign tracking
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site structure, indexing, schema, and performance optimisation
- Experience using SEO platforms such as SEMrush and Ahrefs for audits, monitoring, and optimisation
- Familiarity with website hosting environments and performance monitoring tools such as Kinsta
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design, and technical teams
- Practical experience with AI tools for web development, marketing automation, and content optimisation
- Experience integrating AI services or models via API, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI
- Understanding of AI related web considerations, including structured data for AI retrieval, content quality signals, and answer engine visibility
