The Sales Associate assists in handling the sale of ROPA (Real Estate, Auto/ Chattel, Bank-Owned and other assets of the Bank). Responsibilities Handles inquiries on property sales/lease, providing basic information and availability. Coordinates property information for sales/lease from managing units. Ensures accurate information for client queries and sales officer guidance. Prepares necessary sale/lease documentation. Ensures document completeness for compliance and client transactions. Monitors proposal routing and approvals. Coordinates with Housing Loans for release of Bank Guaranty and loan proceeds if under bank financing. Manages disposal, recovery, and request records in PMS. Monitors ROPA Stockyard, its inflow and outflow and help in the arrangements, if necessary Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any Business-Related Courses Proficiency in MS Office suite Above-average communication skills Documentation skills Record-keeping skills Negotiation and Proficient in oral and written communication Show more Show less
