What we are looking for:

4-year course College Graduate; Bachelor's Degree holder
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience (Sales, acquiring, telco, FMCG, distribution, etc.)
Data-driven, with the ability to interpret and act on field metrics
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Having a personal vehicle is ideal to support field mobility and partner engagement
