  • Assists the Business Development Team in the documentation of contracts and other accreditation requirements;
  • Process paper works and updates the contracts for any revisions;
  • Handles suppliers for any logistic requirements;
  • Maintains an accurate database used by the Business Development Team;
  • Handles phone and email queries
  • A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related courses;
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales or any administrative related work;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Knowledgeable to MS Office Applications
