
Sales Assistant

- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales data.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products/services.
- Provide product information, pricing, and technical specifications.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and sales appointments.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analytics.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and sales events.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Gather data to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related program
- At least 3 years of experience in sales administration and client retention.
- Amenability to Work onsite and do field work.
- Experience in ICT industry is desirable but not required. The role is open to candidates from other industries (i.e Telecommunications, Electronic Retail, and IT Solutions)
- Familiarity with ICT products is nice to have
- Strong communication (written & verbal).
