Our client brings their professional expertise in IT and communications to help customers in public safety, security, commerce, hospitality, local government and other industries.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales data.
Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products/services.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and technical specifications.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Order Processing & Logistics:
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and track deliveries.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and sales appointments.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analytics.
  • Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and sales events.
Market Research:
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback.
  • Gather data to identify potential sales opportunities.
Requirements:Must-Have Skills / Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related program
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales administration and client retention.
  • Amenability to Work onsite and do field work.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
  • Experience in ICT industry is desirable but not required. The role is open to candidates from other industries (i.e Telecommunications, Electronic Retail, and IT Solutions)
  • Familiarity with ICT products is nice to have
