Role Overview As an Accounts Management Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients for all billing and payment-related concerns. This position demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive communication to ensure a smooth and efficient collections process while upholding the company&aposs reputation for exceptional client service.
