
Amazon PPC Specialist/ Brand Manager

- Develop, manage, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Monitor ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS to meet performance goals
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign audits
- Report on trends with actionable insights
- Optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Ensure brand assets (images, A+ content, Storefront) align with brand voice and standards
- Collaborate with creatives to brief content needs based on performance data
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions in brand tone
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account health issues
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for new product launches
- Track competitor activity and implement best practices
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance targets
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, ideally in beauty or CPG
- Proven experience growing DTC brands on Amazon
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Brand Registry, and tools like Helium10, JungleScout, or Perpetua
- Experience working with creative teams and giving feedback based on performance
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently in PST hours
- Experience with U.S.-based beauty or skincare brands
- Familiarity with Shopify and DTC marketing strategies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
