We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately and promptly.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, response time, resolution rate).
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and order processing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common issues and customer pain points.
