Client Services Officer Innovative Australian SME Fintech Overview: As an Inbound Client Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to our clients, ensuring they receive accurate and timely assistance. This position requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and services. Provide comprehensive information, guidance, and solutions to meet customer needs. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or issues related to financial transactions. Ensure timely and effective resolution while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies Ensure that customer interactions are conducted in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company&aposs CRM system. Identify and escalate recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
