About the Role We're looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support the online presence of our client, a well-established Australian retail brand across two eCommerce websites. This is a fully remote role , and candidates can be located anywhere within the Philippines - as long as they can reliably work within AEST business hours . You'll be responsible for managing websites, email marketing, and digital advertising. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is results-driven and experienced with WordPress (WooCommerce), Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads , and email marketing platforms. You must have your own equipment, including a suitable laptop and a stable internet connection. Experience with Canva and Retail Express (or similar POS/inventory systems) is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain two eCommerce websites (WordPress/WooCommerce & Shopify) Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting Design creative assets using Canva (or similar tools) for email, paid media, and website content Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns Monitor and improve site SEO, UX, and conversion performance Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify reports Align digital campaigns with promotional calendars and internal marketing goals Manage product syncing, inventory visibility, and promotions via Retail Express Requirements Must have your own equipment (computer, reliable internet) Able to work consistently during Australian business hours (AEST) Experience managing WordPress (WooCommerce) and Shopify sites Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign) Competent with Canva or similar tools for digital asset design Understanding of SEO and web analytics tools Excellent organisational and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce role Experience supporting retail or omni-channel brands Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications Familiarity with Retail Express or other POS/inventory tools Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus Why Join Flexible, fully remote work environment Work with a friendly, professional Australian team Make a direct impact on the growth of two established eCommerce platforms| Apply Now If you're a resourceful digital marketer who thrives in remote work and can align with AEST hours, we'd love to hear from you.
