We are seeking a Mid-Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region, with a strong focus on technical hiring (70%) while also supporting non-technical roles. This is a high-impact role that requires strong stakeholder management, market insights, and innovative sourcing skills. Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across global and regional offices. Partner with senior management and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, align hiring strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates. Attend and actively contribute to cadence meetings, providing clear pipeline updates, market insights, and recruitment strategies. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, networking, industry events) to engage and attract technical talent. Conduct structured interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Ensure a seamless candidate experience, maintaining engagement from application through onboarding. Manage offer negotiations and closing while ensuring internal equity and compliance. Track and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards, providing insights to support continuous improvement and data-driven hiring decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years proven success in technical recruitment (engineering, IT, software, infrastructure) and exposure to non-technical roles. Regional experience in Asia-Pacific recruitment, with knowledge of diverse market dynamics. Ability to work independently in a remote/virtual environment, managing priorities effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - able to partner with senior leadership and technical managers. Experience in cadence/leadership meetings, providing actionable updates and strategic recommendations. Knowledge of talent market trends, recruiting best practices, and local labor regulations across APAC.
