Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities The Se-Chem Production Operator ensures that the volume targets are met to meet the production requirement in the Se Chemicals Plant. Actively participates in the implementation of productivity improvement projects, as well as cost savings initiatives. Actively participates in the investigation of near-misses and incidents, and ensuring that these are reported and commitment dates for closure of the actions are followed. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.
