With annual sales of CHF 11.24 billion in 2023, our commitment to quality, innovation, and the environment as well as putting our customer's needs first, encompasses why Sika is the global leader in our industries.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and safety standards.Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets while ensuring proper stacking and securing of materials.Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies between warehouse, production, and staging areas.Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any issues or malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate placement and retrieval of items.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and storage areas.Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to EHS standards.Support warehouse and logistics team in other related tasks as assigned.QualificationsQualificationsEducation:At least High School graduate or equivalent.Vocational or TESDA certification in forklift operation is an advantage.Work Experience:With at least 1-2 years of experience in forklift operation, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.Skills & Competencies:Licensed/Certified Forklift Operator (valid NCII or equivalent).Knowledge of safe material-handling procedures and warehouse operations.Ability to perform basic equipment checks and preventive maintenance.Good physical condition and ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
