Inside Sales Executive

- Responsible for sourcing opportunities/sales and doing the initial engagement with potential clients via phone calls and emails.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend events and sales presentations.
- Maintain records of leads/contacts/accounts.
- Monitor progress of MQL to SQL
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is required
- Can speak multiple languages (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, or etc.) in order to effectively liaise within the stakeholders of the region.
- Knowledge in selling/generating leads for Enterprise Applications, CRM and ERP solutions
- At least 2 years experience in a related function
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
