Job Summary: The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing and executing area's business development plan, focused on CASA (Peso and FCDU) and cross-selling. This includes market program development and implementation of area sales strategies to identify opportunities, product bundling for maximum cross-selling potential, and forming partnerships with affiliates, customers, and external parties. Job Description: Enhance BBG core products by reviewing existing offerings, developing new products based on market feedback, and collaborating with Branch Marketing Officers, Branch Managers, Area and Division Head partners to boost sales in the assigned area. Monitors program performance through standard metrics, identifies areas for improvement, and reports regularly to the Branch Transformation and Business Development Division Head. Together with the Business Marketing Officers, Business Development Officer also liaise with various bank units, such as Corporate Banking, Consumer Lending, Cards, Trust, IBG and Treasury, to ensure alignment in executing strategies and identifying new growth opportunities in the area of assignment. Drive the expansion of products, services, and market presence to achieve long-term growth objectives of the bank. Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year degree course With almost 5-7 years branch banking, marketing and leads management experience, with proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
