We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed Product Listing Specialist to support our e-commerce operations. This role is focused on the back-end administration of product listings across multiple online marketplaces. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, product uploads, and ensuring consistency across platforms.You’ll work closely with our Philippines-based team member and will have daily check-ins with the leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, comfortable managing data, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionRole Responsibilities:
- Manage and upload product listings across multiple platforms (eBay, Etsy, Cherish, First Dibs, Live Auctioneers).
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, product descriptions, and categorization.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, product data, and inventory management systems.
- Participate in daily virtual check-ins with team lead for task prioritization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Support reporting and data management needs as required.
- Other duties related to e-commerce operations as assigned.
- Experience in e-commerce product listing and marketplace management (preferred over industry-specific experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-directed, proactive, and efficient learner.
- Ability to follow instructions closely while using common sense and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and general data management.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and contingency plans for power/natural disaster interruptions.
