MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist – Employee Relations to support our growing operations team.This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who want to strengthen their experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations within a structured and supportive environment.You will work closely with the HR team and operations leaders to help maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure proper documentation, and support smooth day-to-day HR processes.Work Arrangement: Nightshift, 4:00PM - 1:00AM; Office-based SetupOffice Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, CebuKey Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end employee life cycle processes including onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding
  • Assist in attendance monitoring and performance tracking
  • Help document employee relations concerns and support case coordination
  • Draft basic notices and documentation related to disciplinary processes under HR supervision
  • Ensure employee records and 201 files are accurate, organized, and updated
  • Coordinate with internal teams for compensation and benefits processing
  • Support HR-led employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and standard HR procedures
This role works under the guidance of an HR Team Leader and provides exposure to employee relations and compliance processes. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology (preferably Industrial-Organizational), or any related field
  • At least 1 year of HR experience in any of the following:
  • Offboarding
  • Employee discipline
  • Attendance monitoring
  • Basic employee relations support
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park on a night shift schedule
Experience in employee relations or case documentation is an advantage but not required.Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
  • Monthly salary of 25,000 + performance incentives
  • New hire bonus of 5,000
