- Support end-to-end employee life cycle processes including onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding
- Assist in attendance monitoring and performance tracking
- Help document employee relations concerns and support case coordination
- Draft basic notices and documentation related to disciplinary processes under HR supervision
- Ensure employee records and 201 files are accurate, organized, and updated
- Coordinate with internal teams for compensation and benefits processing
- Support HR-led employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standard HR procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology (preferably Industrial-Organizational), or any related field
- At least 1 year of HR experience in any of the following:
- Offboarding
- Employee discipline
- Attendance monitoring
- Basic employee relations support
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park on a night shift schedule
- Monthly salary of 25,000 + performance incentives
- New hire bonus of 5,000
