- Assist the HR Specialist in managing our HR operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain organized records of employee information, contracts, and government-mandated benefits.
- Support the HR Specialist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and accurate attendance tracking.
- Lead new hires through a smooth onboarding process.
- Facilitate performance evaluations, collect employee feedback, and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) with your assistance.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a lively and enjoyable workplace.
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for any HR-related questions or concerns.
- Manage labor compliance and procedures concerning our valued independent contractors.
- Work closely with our U.S. leadership team to align workforce strategies and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Handle BIR transactions and other essential tax-related responsibilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
- We seek candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally within the BPO, technology, or telecommunications sectors.
- Familiarity with U.S. clients and knowledge of U.S. HR policies is advantageous.
- A solid understanding and experience with Philippine labor laws is required.
- Experience in managing BIR transactions is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, MS Teams, and similar tools is essential.
- Experience in payroll administration and employee engagement is considered a plus.
- Comfortable working with AI technologies—skilled in using AI tools, creating effective prompts, and knowledgeable in training or customizing AI models to enhance productivity.
- Capable of independently troubleshooting tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
