What it's aboutOur Client RFP Standards & Strategy team helps to convey our messaging and strengthen our client conversion activities with a focus on setting standards across our RfP database and completing RfPs for bespoke mandate opportunities. As a Content Expert / RfP Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our fundraising by managing Requests for Proposals (RfPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from prospective private markets investors looking for a bespoke mandate solution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain standards, keep content up to date, and enhance our RfP content repository in collaboration with your team and experienced team leader / RfP specialist
  • Support the implementation of our new RfP tool, ensuring it's fit-for-purpose, and cultivate content within the tool for use across the platform
  • Take ownership of mandate opportunity RfPs from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Leaders and other specialized Content Experts across asset classes to leverage their expertise and thematic content in mandate RfPs
  • Drive automation and standardization of RfP processes by leveraging technology
  • Manage key stakeholders in the fundraising process and build a network of resources across investment teams, clients, portfolio management, and operations
What we expect
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in the financial industry; copyediting and/or RfP experience preferred
  • Strong academic credentials with a degree in finance, economics, communications, or business administration
  • Demonstrable understanding of private markets
  • Impeccable writing skills with a flawless command of English as well as impressive interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for analytics and the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials in various formats
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders spread across our global offices
  • Passionate, highly motivated, with proven ability to handle a high workload with precision and zero defects
