Job Description :
  • Inbox Management: Monitor the my email inbox, flag urgent messages, and provide daily summaries.
Email Correspondence: Draft and respond to emails on my behalf, maintaining tone and professionalism.Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.Client Communication: Prepare and send introductory and follow-up emails to existing and potential clients. Templates or guides will be providedProposal Follow-ups: Track and follow up on proposals sent to clients, ensuring timely communication and updates.Department Liaison: Request and consolidate reports from various departments on behalf of the executive.General Admin: Handle other typical VA tasks such as data entry, document formatting, travel arrangements, and online research.Requirements
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Proficient in using email platforms, calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook), and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.Nice to Have (Optional):Experience in client-facing communication roles.Familiarity with CRM tools or project management software such as Monday CRM.Availability to support additional team members with admin tasks if capacity allows (note: may lead to a separate hire).
