- Providing friendly and helpful customer service on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Answering customer questions through chat about products, promotions, and orders
- Handling complaints with care and solving issues on the first try
- Helping customers with order tracking, returns, cancellations, and other common concerns
- Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with the team to help improve our products and services
- Working with other teams (like logistics or billing) to sort out more complex problems
- Keeping up to date with product info, promotions, and company updates
- Following company rules and making sure your work is accurate and detailed
- Helping your teammates and stepping in when extra support is needed
- You’re great at providing friendly, helpful customer service
- You have good communication, listening, and organizational skills
- You’re motivated, take initiative, and like to get things done
- You can adapt quickly when things change at work
- You’re flexible and open to working different shifts when needed
- Achievement of pre-defined KPIs and SLAs.
