- First level phone-in, email and walk-in technical support for helpdesk, hardware/software, network and SAP queries
- Facilitate requests for SAP password reset, access in Pethub and enable PC username in Active Directory
- Centralized local dispatch of helpdesk, network and or SAP related queries or problems to helpdesk, network support and or SAP support personnel
- Update end users of progress of requests or status or repair
- Preparation of daily regular status report of all support services activities rendered
- Preparation of software and hardware problem incidence reports as may be required
- Assist in the installation of Cisco certificates
- Creation of PG WiFi username and password send to users thru email
- Assist users in Office 365 Self Service password reset
- Provide SAP Logon Pad to client users
- Perform other analogous tasks related to the program / account
