- Develop workflows, dashboards, and automation rules to streamline processes.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems like Salesforce.
- Set up and manage Jira Service Management for ITSM processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Stay updated with Atlassian best practices and implement new features.
- 2 to 4 years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian products.
- Experience creating custom workflows, fields, and permission schemes.
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management and ITSM processes.
- Understanding of system integration with platforms like Salesforce.
- Proficiency in JQL for advanced search and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and experience training users.
- Atlassian certifications are a plus.
