As our footprint expands nationwide, we're scaling a platform that must be fast, stable, and secure.About the RoleWe're seeking a DevOps Engineer to help us automate, secure, and optimize infrastructure that supports real-time logistics operations, microservices, mobile apps, and admin dashboards. You'll help streamline deployments, scale environments, monitor uptime, and proactively eliminate bottlenecks. You'll work closely with engineers and product teams to ensure that our platform delivers reliably—at speed and scale.If you're passionate about clean CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, and using AI to move faster and smarter—this role is for you.Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for backend, mobile (Flutter), and frontend (React) services using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.

Maintain and scale infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or similar cloud providers using IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch.

Ensure high availability and system resilience across services through load balancing, auto-scaling, and failover mechanisms.

Collaborate with developers to define infrastructure requirements, support deployments, and optimize environments for speed and cost.

Automate repetitive operational tasks using shell scripts, Python, or Go, and leverage AI tools (like GPT, Copilot, or Codium) to generate and optimize configuration files, queries, and automation logic.

Manage secrets, tokens, and permissions using tools like AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, or Doppler.

Support secure deployments, maintain containerized environments via Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).

Monitor real-time job queues, message brokers, or service bus tools (e.g., RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, Redis).

Create internal runbooks, playbooks, and documentation to scale DevOps practices across the team.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, CloudWatch).

Familiarity with microservices, backend services (Node.js, Go), and supporting real-time applications.

Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, Go) and working with version control systems (Git).

Bonus: Experience integrating or securing APIs, managing performance under load, or optimizing for marketplace/logistics platforms.
