- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for backend, mobile (Flutter), and frontend (React) services using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Maintain and scale infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or similar cloud providers using IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
- Ensure high availability and system resilience across services through load balancing, auto-scaling, and failover mechanisms.
- Collaborate with developers to define infrastructure requirements, support deployments, and optimize environments for speed and cost.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using shell scripts, Python, or Go, and leverage AI tools (like GPT, Copilot, or Codium) to generate and optimize configuration files, queries, and automation logic.
- Manage secrets, tokens, and permissions using tools like AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, or Doppler.
- Support secure deployments, maintain containerized environments via Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Monitor real-time job queues, message brokers, or service bus tools (e.g., RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, Redis).
- Create internal runbooks, playbooks, and documentation to scale DevOps practices across the team.
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, CloudWatch).
- Familiarity with microservices, backend services (Node.js, Go), and supporting real-time applications.
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, Go) and working with version control systems (Git).
- Bonus: Experience integrating or securing APIs, managing performance under load, or optimizing for marketplace/logistics platforms.
- Build and scale the core infrastructure of a logistics tech company with national reach.
