The individual will act as a strategic partner to clients, translating data and consumer insights into actionable plans while driving collaboration across internal teams and partner agencies. As a leader within the organization, they will oversee digital planners, champion innovation and best practices, and ensure excellence in campaign delivery, performance optimization, and client servicing.Other responsibilities include:
  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel digital strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor digital planners, overseeing campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for digital strategy and business growth.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and partner agencies to deliver integrated digital solutions.
  • Spearhead new business pitches and contribute to the growth of the business through innovative and strategic digital proposals.
A bit about you:
  • Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, with the ability to translate consumer insights into impactful campaigns.
  • Proven leadership and client management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
