
Sr. Manager, Quality Systems Compliance

- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with aviation authority regulations (FAA Part 145, EASA 145, etc.) and applicable industry standards (e.g., AS9110).
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and customers regarding compliance, audits, inspections, product safety and product quality.
- Lead and manage internal and external audits, including root cause analysis and effective corrective actions
- Oversight of approval process and collaboration with suppliers / sub suppliers in terms of quality compliance.
- Ensure quality objectives, KPIs, and metrics are established, monitored, and achieved.
- Manage non-conformance reporting (NCR), corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement projects.
- Oversee training of the organization on product and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and QMS procedures.
- Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Oversee document and record control.
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance within an MRO or aerospace environment.
- With experience as a Responsible Manager in MRO
- Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA part 145, and other regulatory agency requirements.
- Experience with QMS standards such as AS9110 or AS 9100
- Certified Lead Auditor (AS/ISO standards) preferred.
- Proven experience managing audits and regulatory inspections.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in matrix organization reporting
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and analytical skills.

- Strong understanding of MRO workflows and technical documentation.
