THE OPPORTUNITYOur client is a long-standing leader in the food manufacturing and distribution sector, known for its strong culture of teamwork and mutual support. The organization values collaboration, accountability, and a focus on constant growth and innovation.To support these operations, they are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee end-to-end processes from sourcing through to customer delivery, with a particular focus on value-added products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is actively transitioning to SAP systems while maintaining a strong foundation in operational execution and process improvement.This role follows a hybrid work setup with standard hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time at Bonifacio Stopover, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes for third-party manufactured products, from sourcing to delivery
  • Receive daily orders, download stock reports, and process them into internal systems
  • Forecast incoming stock and plan daily loadouts for the distribution team
  • Coordinate with distribution teams for scheduling and truck bookings
  • Handle customer service queries from retailers on stock arrivals and related issues
  • Communicate with retail distribution teams to address operational concerns
  • Order packaging and ingredients as instructed by the plant, placing and tracking orders in SAP
  • Monitor supplier deliveries, resolve order issues, and escalate as needed
  • Perform reconciliations and prepare regular operational and inventory reports
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
  • At least 7 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related operational roles
  • Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems)
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
