Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including coordination of receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
Maintain inventory accuracy and control, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
Ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed by the warehouse team
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse personnel
Prepare and analyze performance reports, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for optimization
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
Proficient in data analysis and report generation, using tools like Excel
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
Can communicate in all levels and has interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
