
Admin and Procurement Manager

- Lead the Admin and Procurement Team, overseeing office facilities, supplies, and consumables, including managing the chef’s budget and strategic plans, handling utilities, inventories, and purchasing requirements, while providing support for employee engagement and event initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive reporting and monitoring of Admin - Procurement SLAs, scorecards, and more.
- Provide additional support as needed by the business, with roles adaptable to evolving requirements.
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Meet or surpass targets and key objectives set by your Immediate Superior.
- Take on supplementary responsibilities and projects as they arise.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant leadership position is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suites, ERP systems, and inventory management tools
- We are looking for someone with a strong background in the following areas: Facilities Management, office fitouts and renovations, processing office permits, managing utility personnel, navigating the procurement process, overseeing accounts management, solving problems efficiently, reporting effectively, performing basic data analytics, and optimizing budgets.
