Your responsibilities will include: Driving New Business Growth: Consistently exceed sales targets by securing new accounts and cultivating valuable client relationships. Building Strong Partnerships: Develop and nurture long-term, consultative relationships with key influencers, business partners, and decision-makers within our client base. Efficient Sales Operations: Keep all sales administration accurate and up-to-date, ensuring smooth processes. Proactive Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential customers to establish new business opportunities. Performance Leadership: Manage both team and individual performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet local business plan targets and objectives. Market Insight & Reporting: Generate insightful weekly and monthly reports, demonstrating a deep understanding of market delivery requirements in the Philippine context. Compelling Commercial Presentations: Prepare professional commercial documents and presentations that effectively communicate our value to customers. End-to-End Project Facilitation: Lead comprehensive project discussions with clients, collaborating seamlessly with technical, legal, and other key internal and external stakeholders. Client and Partner Coordination: Directly manage and coordinate efforts with both clients and our valued business partners. Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or other equivalent Experience: The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline, demonstrating a proven track record of B2B solar sales success in the Philippines, particularly excelling in new account generation, building strong consultative relationships, and comprehensive project oversight. We&aposre looking for an individual who demonstrates: Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with clients and the ability to effectively cultivate business introducers. Strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to articulate value and secure favourable outcomes. A strategic mindset with excellent prioritisation and analytical abilities, ensuring efficient and informed decision-making. A proactive, results-oriented, and sales-driven approach, consistently working to meet and exceed business targets. The capacity to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player. Full professional proficiency in English. Strong computer literacy, including expertise in MS Office and CRM software like Salesforce. Familiarity with Solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) is a significant advantage. Show more Show less
