Job Summary The Sales Admin Intern will assist the Sales Supervisor in handling day-to-day operations. This role provides hands-on experience in sales coordination, documentation, customer support, and administrative tasks, helping the trainee develop practical workplace skills. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports Prepare and organize documents such as purchase orders and delivery receipts Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports Qualifications Currently enrolled in a college/university (Business Administration, Marketing, or related course) Required to complete OJT/Internship hours Must have their own laptop for daily tasks and reporting Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Skills & Competencies Time management and organizational skills Basic sales and customer service understanding Data entry and documentation skills Teamwork and collaboration Professional attitude and work ethics Learning Objectives Gain exposure to sales operations and administrative processes Develop communication and customer service skills Understand documentation and reporting in a corporate setting Enhance technical skills in office tools and systems
