Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Branding Specialist to lead and optimize our social media advertising and live streaming initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and goals. This role will oversee ad campaigns, monitor live streams, and collaborate with various teams to enhance campaign effectiveness across platforms like YouTube and TikTok. Key Responsibilities: Live Stream Ad Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize live stream ad campaigns across YouTube and TikTok, tailoring each to specific audience segments and objectives. Campaign Setup and Monitoring: Set up and configure ad campaigns and live streams, ensuring all live content aligns with brand and quality standards and meets performance goals. Content Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to enhance live platform engagement and viewer retention across social channels, assessing metrics to refine and improve results. Live Room and Equipment Coordination: Set up, test, and monitor live streaming equipment and live rooms to ensure smooth, high-quality broadcasts, and troubleshoot any technical issues as they arise. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to align live content, ad placements, and promotional activities with company objectives. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze ad performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and meet KPIs. Campaign Content Management: Update and manage live stream content, promotions, and ad campaigns to maintain an active and engaging brand presence on social media platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, especially YouTube and TikTok Ads Manager. Demonstrated knowledge of live streaming technology, specifically OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or similar. Strong understanding of social media campaign management and performance metrics. Excellent typing, comprehension, and data analysis skills for ad performance evaluation. At least 2-3 year of hands-on experience in social media advertising or brand marketing. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and quality. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the latest trends and tools in social media advertising. Ability to adapt quickly to new platforms, trends, and technologies. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
