The Social Media and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to enhance the company's online presence, engage audiences, and drive brand awareness. This role requires expertise in content creation, social media management, and marketing analytics to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business objectives. Key Details: Budget: PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives. Headcount: 1 position available. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan and execute engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, to increase audience engagement and growth. Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community and enhance the brand's reputation. Content Creation and Campaigns: Design and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of posts aligned with marketing goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce innovative campaign ideas and content. Stay updated on trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Coordinate with our exhibitors to ensure we are able to establish our CRA (compelling reason to act) for our visitors and attendees. Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve engagement, reach, and ROI. Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and behavior. Brand Development and Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics. Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, influencer collaborations, and paid ads. Event and Campaign Support: Assist in promoting events and special campaigns through digital platforms. Coordinate with event teams to ensure alignment between social media efforts and event goals. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling platforms. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Creativity and passion for storytelling and digital engagement.
