The Content & Community Associate is a hybrid role that blends content strategy with active community engagement to identify and shape content opportunities for the brand on TikTok. This role is responsible for understanding platform culture, nurturing communities, surfacing trends, and collaborating with content creators to fuel storytelling that resonates with TikTok users. Responsibilities: Monitor TikTok trends, conversations, and creator communities relevant to the brand Engage with comments, creators, and community threads to drive organic presence Identify and recommend content hooks, formats, or creator-led concepts Work with social media strategist/ social media manager to align on content direction Actively track UGC, brand mentions, and community insights Report weekly on content opportunities and audience sentiment Manage and moderate branded TikTok communities (e.g., niche audience pages or hashtags) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in social media or influencer/community marketing Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement, preferably on TikTok Deep understanding of TikTok culture, meme trends, creator economy Strong copywriting and communication skills Comfort with TikTok's backend tools (e.g., Creator Center, Comment filters, Analytics) Analytical mindset to spot trends and insights Show more Show less
