Job Description Ethnik Living is a Design Furniture brand based in Los Angeles. We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting logistics operations, including assisting in managing 3PL&aposs, Parcel and LTL Shipments, International Freight, and ensuring smooth transportation of goods overall. Please note: Only candidates residing in the Philippines will be considered. This is a fully remote position . The role will collaborate closely with both the Logistics and Customer Support departments, providing operational support to ensure smooth processes. Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing and managing the operations of 3PL&aposs. Support daily shipment processes and coordinate pickups from our warehouses. Help optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts. Assist in obtaining competitive quotes from carriers for international freight shipments. Work with customs brokers to ensure compliance. Support the coordination of freight from manufacturers to transport cargo to our warehouses. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (or relevant experience). Knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing. Basic understanding of international freight forwarding, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
