- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Schedule meetings and demos for BDMs with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting-setting targets
- Minimum of 3 years experience experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role
- Must be based in Cebu, Philippines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
- Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
