Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to cabling, infrastructure, CAD designs, CCTV systems, and access control.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.Ensure all projects meet technical specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations.Team Collaboration & CoordinationCollaborate with technical teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Manage cross-functional teams remotely to deliver quality outcomes within deadlines.Facilitate regular project meetings, provide clear communication, and track progress.Quality Control & Risk ManagementIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet client standards and industry best practices.Document project progress, challenges, and resolutions for future reference.Client Management & ReportingAct as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.Provide regular project status updates and comprehensive reports on milestones and deliverables.Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining customer satisfaction and project scope integrity.Technical OversightEnsure technical accuracy and feasibility of CAD designs and infrastructure plans.Oversee the implementation and integration of CCTV and access control systems.Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.Qualifications:ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of project management experience in cabling, infrastructure, CAD design, CCTV, and access control.Demonstrated success managing multiple complex technical projects with measurable outcomes.SkillsStrong project management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).Technical proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and CCTV/access control systems.Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.KnowledgeDeep understanding of cabling standards, infrastructure requirements, and system installations.Familiarity with CAD design processes and technical drawings.Knowledge of security systems including CCTV surveillance and access control technologies.EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience managing remote technical teams.Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for security systems.If you are an experienced Project Manager with a technical background in cabling, infrastructure, CAD design, CCTV, and access control, and you are eager to lead innovative projects, we would love to hear from you!Powered by JazzHR
