- 2+ years experience as an admin / coordinator
- Strong communicator via phone and email
- Good computer skills, experience working with a database, scheduling
- Competent to support invoicing process

- Organized and detail orientated
- Managing high volume phone enquiries and incoming emails
- Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
- Entering new patient details on Zavy360 and updating existing information
- Liaising with General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Clinical Managers
- Calling the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Gaining pre-approvals from State, Public and Equity Trustee’s
- Managing logistics when arranging appointments e.g. grouping appointments based on location and practitioner
- Sending patient appointment confirmations
- Responding to email queries from families and facilities
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respect the confidentiality and privacy of practitioners, directors, staff and patients at all time
