- Confidence in managing client emails, organizing inboxes with labeled folders, and ensuring all communications are timely and professional.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
- Background in conducting online research and organizing data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to refine processes for efficiency.
- Experience in creating reports to present outreach and conversion metrics.
- Expertise using CRMs and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Copywriting experience.
- Prior background in a creative environment with knowledge of design processes.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or account management.
- Track record of coordinating with international clients or teams across time zones.
- This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week.
- You'll collaborate directly with the Creative Director, and if required other internal team
- members to deliver new sales prospects.
- This role is fully remote, requiring candidates to have a reliable internet connection, and a suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
