Strategic Staffing Solutions International client - a global manufacturing leader that has been at the forefront of the electronics industry for nearly 100 years is looking for HR Operations Manager in Philippines. Position Summary Manages a small HR Operations team to deliver support operations and services to associates, managers, and other internal stakeholders. Plans and implements functional processes and programs for the administration of employee onboarding, lifecycle, offboarding, benefit enrollment, and administration processes and documentation. Oversees work activities, monitors project status, and serves as an escalation point for questions. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Service Delivery (50%) Coaches and manages the work activities of the HR Operations team. Holds full accountability for team performance and development. Leads the delivery of HR support operations and services to associates, managers, and internal stakeholders. HR Services & Process Improvement (30%) Provides HR services such as payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, and record storage. Proposes and implements improvements in business processes, standardization, automation, and harmonization. Leads, facilitates, executes, and analyzes complex HR programs and projects. Issue Resolution & Compliance (20%) Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet business objectives. Ensures proper controls are maintained for processing HR transactions. Supports compliance reporting and ensures adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Other Duties Performs additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's or university degree (preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field) Experience 7-10 years of relevant HR experience Proven management experience Skills Deep knowledge of general HR practices Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Workday preferred) Strong analytical and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Show more Show less
