We are looking for a Junior Application Support Specialist with at least 3 years of experience and basic to intermediate SQL skills to join our application support team. The ideal candidate will provide operational support for enterprise applications, focusing on SQL-related tasks and issue resolution within a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Support the transition of application features from development to production. Provide day-to-day support for enterprise business applications, with a focus on SQL-based troubleshooting and data validation. Assist in incident tracking, issue resolution, and root cause documentation. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Operations Enablement Service Catalogue. Collaborate with senior team members, developers, and infrastructure staff to resolve issues. Participate in service improvement initiatives and team knowledge-sharing activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application support, help desk, or technical support roles. Basic to intermediate experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgresDB) - REQUIRED. Familiarity with Incident Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. Exposure to programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus. Awareness of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred. Willingness to work a mid-shift schedule and report onsite 3 days per week in BGC, Taguig.
