Responsibilities & Duties:- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.- Assist with the coordination and execution of HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.- Assist with the preparation and submission of required HR reports and compliance documentation.- Develop, manage, implement Occupational Safety & Health program of Harris PhilippinesRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and license to practice- Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.- Organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
