- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and compensation expectations.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through direct outreach, networking, and creative search techniques (such as exploring niche platforms – ex. Reddit, Discord).
- Evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure candidates have a great experience during the recruitment process.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in Full Cycle Recruitment (end-to-end) with proven expertise in sourcing
- Experience as a recruiter in a creative or design-focused industry is a plus
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business writing knowledge)
- Able to independently research new and tending practices in the industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on a night shift (PH)
