Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and compensation expectations.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Proactively source and identify potential candidates through direct outreach, networking, and creative search techniques (such as exploring niche platforms – ex. Reddit, Discord).
Evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure candidates have a great experience during the recruitment process.

RequirementsWhat You'll Bring

At least 3-5 years of work experience in Full Cycle Recruitment (end-to-end) with proven expertise in sourcing
Experience as a recruiter in a creative or design-focused industry is a plus
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business writing knowledge)
Able to independently research new and tending practices in the industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on a night shift (PH)
