  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and compensation expectations.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through direct outreach, networking, and creative search techniques (such as exploring niche platforms – ex. Reddit, Discord).
  • Evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Establish positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure candidates have a great experience during the recruitment process.
RequirementsWhat You'll Bring
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Full Cycle Recruitment (end-to-end) with proven expertise in sourcing
  • Experience as a recruiter in a creative or design-focused industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business writing knowledge)
  • Able to independently research new and tending practices in the industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on a night shift (PH)
