In this role, your top initiative is to ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing at NerdWallet. You can expect a high level of responsibility for owning interview scheduling and our recruiting processes. The right candidate can handle multiple priorities and is a problem solver in a fast-paced environment. The core work will revolve around scheduling interviews through our ModernLoop system and working with the internal team to support the Talent Acquisition team in hiring at NerdWallet. The main responsibilities of a Contract Recruiting Coordinator include: Schedule interviews for candidates Manage interviews while they are meeting employees Manage applicant tracking system and ensure data is correct Work closely with recruiters on their open requisitions Work on the Talent Operations team and assist with recruiting-related projects To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: Proficient in Zoom, Google Suite, bonus points for skills in Google Sheets or Excel Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, Modernloop or Greenhouse is a plus Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Has worked for US-based Tech companies 2-3 years of experience in administrative, project management, or recruiting coordination experience KMC Careers If you're a rockstar at what you do and looking to be a part of our amazing story, we want to hear from you!
