Our commitment to leveraging technology sets us apart in the industry, and we are seeking a talented Project Manager – Information Systems to join our growing team.Position OverviewAs the Project Manager – Information Systems, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that support our collections operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that our information systems meet the evolving needs of the business and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end information systems projects, including software implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from operations, compliance, IT, and executive leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDCPA, GLBA) and internal security policies.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices in project management and information systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a collection agency, financial services, or regulated environment.
  • Proven experience managing information systems projects (e.g., CRM, collections software, data integrations).
  • Strong understanding of collections industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
