JOB OVERVIEWApex Maintenance Group is a leading national General Contractor specializing in providing high-quality maintenance, new construction, and property flipping services. We partner with large Real Estate Investment Companies to deliver reliable, efficient, and professional results. Our expertise spans general property maintenance, building new homes for rent, and transforming properties to maximize value.We are seeking a scheduler to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in coordinating our projects and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and field teams.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling & Coordination:
Assign and schedule maintenance requests, new construction projects, and renovation jobs to appropriate field technicians or subcontractors.
Ensure projects are prioritized based on urgency and client deadlines.Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on job progress and addressing concerns.
Liaise with vendors, technicians, and project managers to maintain clear and consistent communication.Documentation:
Accurately record job details, technician assignments, and status updates in the dispatching software.
Maintain detailed logs of completed projects and ensure proper invoicing documentation.Problem Solving:
Address scheduling conflicts, delays, or resource shortages promptly.
Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with field teams and ensure timely resolution.Qualifications:Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination (preferably in construction, property maintenance, or a related field).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in dispatching software, CRM tools, or scheduling platforms.
Knowledge of general maintenance, construction processes, or real estate industries is a plus.
