Position Title Senior Executive, Corporate Sales (Philippines) Report To Sales Manager, Philippines Position Summary As a Corporate Sales Senior Executive based in the Philippines, this role is responsible for driving Malaysia Airlines' corporate sales performance in the local market. This role will focus on acquiring and managing key corporate accounts, strengthening relationships with travel management companies, and identifying new business opportunities to grow revenue. The role also involves close collaboration with regional and global teams to implement strategic sales plans, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure Malaysia Airlines remains a preferred carrier for corporate travellers in the Philippines. Key Accountability Implement and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for both the corporate and marine sector in the Philippines. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Philippines, including C-level executives, HR managers, and procurement teams. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including new clients, verticals, and regions. Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to meticulously develop and execute sales strategies that ensure the achievement of revenue targets. Regularly review sales performance against established targets, in-depth analysis of key metrics, identify areas for improvement, proactively suggest and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement. Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services. Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and providing regular feedback and insights to the Sales Manager. Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data, forecasts, and activity reports. Qualification & Working Experience Bachelor&aposs degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. Certification in Aviation Business, Business Sales, or Marketing is an added advantage Degree - minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the corporate sector in Philippines. Diploma - minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the corporate sector in Philippines Areas of Experience Strong understanding of the Indochina market and corporate sector, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
