At Branding Science Group, we’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support our Consultancy team with high‑quality, data‑driven cold email outreach.You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client services colleagues to deliver targeted campaigns that generate awareness, interest, and qualified leads for our consultancy offerings.🔍 What You’ll Do
- Execute and manage large‑scale B2B cold email outreach campaigns focused on key priority initiatives
- Set up, run, and optimise automated email campaigns and outreach cadences using tools such as Apollo, Mailchimp, and Cognism
- Research and build high‑quality prospect lists aligned with agreed targeting criteria
- Deliver outreach using approved copy and materials provided by the Consultancy team
- Test and optimise campaigns over time, including A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, timing, sequencing, and targeting
- Accurately track outreach activity, responses, and outcomes within the CRM system
- Monitor and report on performance metrics such as emails sent, response rates, and meetings booked
- Collaborate closely with Consultancy and Client Services teams to ensure consistent, professional outreach
- Stay up to date with best practice in email outreach, automation, and CRM tools, proactively suggesting improvements
- Represent Branding Science Group professionally and consistently in all external communications
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B lead generation, outreach, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Hands‑on experience running cold email or lead generation campaigns, ideally at scale
- Practical experience with email automation and outreach tools (e.g. Apollo, Mailchimp, Cognism)
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, with strong attention to accuracy and reporting
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently within a clearly defined scope
- Confident using Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Experience in a consultancy, professional services, or B2B marketing environment
- Immediate start preferred
- Initial 6‑month contract, with potential for extension
- Non‑exclusive role — you may undertake other work outside the agreed hours, provided there is no conflict of interest
