- Compiling routine reports across departments to create executive dashboards, enhancing CEO insight and supporting data-driven decision-making. Developing Business Plans and Financial Projections as necessary.
- Conducting preliminary assessments for potential business opportunities and client prospects.
- Generating project cash-flow statements.
- Performing market research as required.
- Overseeing multiple projects in the capacity of Project Manager.
- Serving as the CEO's representative in meetings, ensuring timely action on discussed matters and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO to devise effective management strategies and corporate plans.
- Executing business expansion initiatives and Go-To-Market strategies.
- Engaging directly with stakeholders to communicate CEO initiatives and activities.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- 5 to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
- Experience and interest in both internal and external communications, as well as partnership development.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also work effectively independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably with an educational background in engineering or a relevant business field.
- Having a background from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is advantageous.
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and various social media platforms
- Possess very strong interpersonal skills.
- Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
